This project was one of my first book cover designs, and it quickly became a favorite. I chose Sun Ra as my “civil warrior” and designed a cover for a biographical piece about his life and influence. Drawing inspiration from his cosmic themes and eccentric style, I incorporated bold, geometric shapes and a rich, vibrant color palette to place him at the center.
